This massage is used to target stubborn knots, impingements, and “locked” muscles that cause nerve pain or chronic tightness/ soreness. We will use a visual assessment and R.O.M. (Range Of Motion) test to pinpoint the specific muscle group(s) causing your discomfort, then apply various techniques to correct them by working deeply within your muscle structure. This is focused work, and just because we are working deep within the tissue does not mean it has to be a painful process. We are effectively able to penetrate deeply into layers of muscle/tissue without inflicting pain.
